MEETING MINUTES
April 2007
David Walker, club president, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., welcoming
all members and guests present.
David and Jim Beam opened the meeting with several comments:
The next Board Of Directors meeting will be at the home of George DeMuth.
Don't forget the Swap/Shop article in the RAMMPAGE.
There are a lot of pictures on the website.
We have, in hand, our club charter certification and insurance certification
for Dr. Pirtle.
David purchased (on sale) 6 very nice chairs for the field at $20.00 each.
The EAA has invited our club to static display our planes at their activity
on 5/5/07.
The Elmore County RC Club fly-in is May 5, 2007, at their field in Slapout.

The remainder of the meeting was utilized planning for the rebuild of our worktables at the field. Dan Pope and Steve Gill set aside Saturday 4/7/07 to do this work. Work is to start at 9:00 a.m. Dan Pope, Steve Gill, Gene Hannah, David Walker, Dave Carlton, and others will bring everything necessary for the project......screws, bolts, plywood sheets, stain, polyurethane, brushes, rollers, saw horses, cordless drills, crowbar, saws, hotdogs, drinks, and all lumber necessary. Dan will furnish a generator and several cords for the various electrical tools.
